6. In relation to the processing of your personal data, you shall have the right to:

  • request from the Administrator to access your personal data,
  • require the Administrator to correct your personal data,
  • request from the Administrator to delete your personal data,
  • request from the Administrator to limit the processing of your personal data,
  • object to the processing of your personal data,
  • transfer your personal data,
  • submit a complaint to the supervisory body, i.e. the President of the Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki w, 00-913 Warszawa.

8. The Administrator shall not take automated decisions, in order to, inter alia, profile your data as referred to in art. 22 (1) and (4) of the GDPR.

The Administrator shall make every effort to implement all measures of physical, technical and organisational protection of personal data against accidental or intentional destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access in accordance with all applicable regulations.

14. Your data may be transferred to third parties on the basis of a separate agreement for entrusting the processing of personal data.
